If you are not satisfied with our products you may return them
within 30 days of the purchase date. Just check the rules and
login to our return easy page.
Rules:
· The cartridge(s) must have at least
75% of usage life
· You must return within 30 days of purchase
· You are responsible for shipping
· You must have original packing and accessories
· You must write the RMA # outside the return package
Once we received your returns, please allow us 3-10
days to process your request. A check will be issued or credit
to your credit card upon passing the inspection.
