My printer does not recognize the cartridge?

This happens when the contact point the chip (see picture) of print head got or ink around or dirty. Wipe the wet area or the chip with a dry cloth or paper reset the printer and try it again.

Why it doesn’t print out at all or doesn’t print out all the colors?

Note all HP and Lexmark cartridges contain a print head. (see picture)
All Epson and most Canon cartridges don’t have a print head (see picture)
You must know which is your print head before you can clean it. For Epson and Canon user please refer to your printer manual on how to take out the print head.

This happens when dried ink clogs the nozzle in the print head (see picture). Try to clean the nozzle with a wet cotton cloth or paper towel to clean away the blocked ink. If it still won’t print, dip the nozzle area (see picture) in warm water for several minutes. Put the cartridge in a foam cup (which is soft so it will not damage the nazzle) and fill with warm water until the print head is halfway submerged (see picture). If it still does not print, try to press the nozzle gently with a paper tower until you see color and black ink come out in your paper.

I am printing white streak lines
If the streaking is irregular, use the recommendations for a clogged nozzle. However, if the streak is a regular one, the printer head on your cartridge is damaged and you will need to replace the cartridge.

Cartridge and printer care

You should clean the print head before printing when you have not used your printer for a while.

You should Never place a leaking cartridge into the printer. slight leaking after a refill is usual and will stop when the air pressure inside the cartridge is balanced.

Replace or refill your cartridge when the ink low sign activated or when prints truns out light prints or white streaking. You should never let your cartridge completely run out, for it will damage the print head because it is dried.

When to refill?
It is best that you refill you cartridges before ink in the cartridge fully runs out because once the cartridge is empty, the ink starts to dry and may clog the nozzle.

How many times I can refill?

You can refill 8 to 10 times with the same virgin cartridges.

My cartridge Leaks after refill

Slight leaking is common, and it will stop when the air pressure reduced. However, if the cartridge leaks a lot, the best thing to do is to put the cartridge inside a foam cup with a tissue to soak up the ink and let the extra ink run out. When it stops leaking, clean the cartridge and put it back into the printer. Usually this happens when you fill too much ink into the cartridge and the pressure push the ink back up.

Why are Bubbles forming after a refill?

This happens when ink gets into the contact point of the print head. The solution is to dry the wet area with a cotton cloth or tissue and put the cartridge back into the printer. If the problem goes on after you cleaned that area, you might need to replace the cartridge.

Can I refill an empty cartridge that has been outside the printer for a long time?

No, because once the cartridge is empty, the ink starts to dry and may clog the nozzle.

Can I refill my cartridge with universal ink?

No, and we do not sell universal refill kit or cartridges. One type of ink will not work with all printers models, for ink molecule, chemical elements and density of ink are different for every printer model. If wrong ink is used, it may clog the nozzle and affect the printing quality.

How do I refill my cartridge?

It is a good idea that you inject the ink slowly to avoid overflowing and mix with the other colors. Don’t just put the cartridge back into the printer right after refilling; you should let it sit for 10 to 20 minutes with the nozzle face down and pressure will even up.
